Dubnica nad Váhom facility

Industrial wet coating of steel parts up to 15 m and 10 t

In Dubnica nad Váhom we provide industrial wet coating of steel parts and structures for engineering and manufacturing companies. The 1 500 m² facility is also prepared for large and heavy parts up to 15 m in length, 10 t in weight and 5 m in height.

We do not assess an order only by dimensions. Overall part quality, surface condition, the required coating system and the conditions in which the product will work also matter. Before work begins we therefore evaluate available documentation and requirements for the final surface treatment.

Facility and capacity

Industrial coating of large steel products requires adequate workspace, suitable handling and a clearly prepared execution process. In Dubnica we can process parts that need more space and safe handling during preparation, coating and handover.

Core facility capacity:

  • up to 15 m — part length,
  • up to 10 t — part weight,
  • up to 5 m — part height,
  • 1 500 m² — facility floor area.

These parameters create room for steel structures, welded assemblies, machine frames, technological parts, plant components and other large products. Each part is assessed individually. Two products with similar dimensions can have different requirements for handling, preparation, coating and result verification.

The facility is located at Lieskovec 828/105, 018 41 Dubnica nad Váhom. We carry out orders here under controlled operating conditions and according to a pre-agreed technical specification.

Types of industrial parts and orders

We focus on orders from industrial production. We coat steel parts and structures for engineering companies, manufacturers of technological equipment, suppliers of steel structures and businesses that need external capacity for wet coating.

Executions can include frames, welded assemblies, covers, load-bearing elements, machine parts or production equipment. For such products, final appearance is not the only factor. Surface treatment must match the part function, operating environment and customer or project documentation requirements.

If the customer has specified a coating system, we work to the supplied brief. If the system is not yet fully defined, we derive the proposal from environment, required performance and how the part will be used. Details on wet coating, surface preparation and coating systems are on theIndustrial coating page.

Corrosion protection and result verification

An industrial coating is not just a colour layer. It is part of protecting steel from corrosion and external influences. The outcome depends on surface preparation, the right layer build-up, adherence to technical application conditions and inspection of the finished coating.

Critical areas such as edges, welds and corners need particular attention. The protective layer can be more vulnerable precisely there. During execution we ensure the coating system matches order substrates and delivers a technically defensible result at handover.

Outgoing inspection can include, depending on project requirements, visual inspection, dry film thickness (DFT) measurement where applicable, and relevant documentation or reports. The scope of inspection always follows the specific brief — the customer knows in advance what the surface treatment must meet and how it will be verified.

Order documents and next step

If you are planning coating of a steel structure, engineering part or large technological assembly, send us basic documents. For initial assessment, dimensions, approximate weight, quantity, drawings or photos, surface condition and available coating system specification help most.

Based on the documents we assess suitability for execution in Dubnica nad Váhom, the required scope of work and the next steps. For structures that are not practical to transport, mobile coating on site may also be an option.
