Coated container part — interior after surface treatment

Our services

Industrial coatingCoating renewalSurface preparationOn-site coating

We coat steel parts and structures under controlled shop conditions in Dubnica nad Váhom, renew damaged coating systems, prepare surfaces by abrasive blasting in the same facility, and in justified cases coat directly on site. The appropriate approach is determined by part condition, dimensions and weight, handling method and the location where the job will actually be carried out.

Technical capacity

Facility in Dubnica nad Váhom

Industrial coating takes place at the facility in Dubnica nad Váhom, where we process parts up to 15 m long, 10 t weight and 5 m high on a floor area of 1 500 m². In the same facility we also carry out in-house abrasive blasting of smaller parts — typically up to 1 500 × 1 500 × 1 500 mm and up to 250 kg in an automated booth. For larger parts we arrange external blasting by agreement, or accept parts with the surface already prepared. Outgoing inspection includes a visual check and, by agreement, dry film thickness (DFT) measurement. More about the facility is on theDubnica nad Váhom facility page.

Frequently asked questions

Which service to choose for a new steel part?

We process new parts with industrial coating in the shop — we specify the coating system according to the operating environment. See Industrial coating.

Can only the damaged area of the coating be renewed?

That depends on the extent of damage and the condition of the substrate beneath the coating. For minor damage, local repair may be enough; for wider damage, renewing the full system is more appropriate. We assess this from photos or a site visit — see Coating renewal.

When is on-site coating appropriate?

When the part is already installed, forms part of a process unit, or transport to the shop is not practical. We assess suitability based on the specific conditions — see Mobile coating.
